trying and hope they import some good coaches/igls to help them develop a better understanding. If you take their spots away they get less opportunities to play against the best which just means less opportunities to improve which means they don’t ever get better.

I figured i’d give my 2c here given i’ve been a part of an esport where the “worse regions” get spots taken away and from my experience in that space i think it would be a huge mistake. The only way to properly develop a region that got the game so much later is to let them keep

Every international we have the same conversation that china should have slots removed and then they go on a run where they get like 4th despite playing the worst valorant of all time and then people will use it in their arguments to say “Well xxxx did good and they’re china!!”
