Where would I look for help for volume control for the Motorola Moto G 5g (2022)? I've tried lowering all my settings to the bare minimum and it's still painfully loud.

@Moto Thanks! Quick question: resetting won't make me lose data, right? EG: I use a third-party app for texting. I know I'll have to change that back after, but I won't lose any messages?

@Moto Thanks! I have a few calls to make, but I'll try that after. I've read a few similar cases online that suggest it could be something with the Dolby app. Is that the likely culprit?

@Moto Thanks for the quick reply! I don't have any alarms set, so I don't know. The ringtones and text notification sounds are definitely loud. I had to reboot after some updates and there was no change in the volume.

Any advice for tagging on AO3? I'm not a fan of the "let's write whole sentences and practically a whole story so there's a wall of text" style (if that's your style, cool! It's just not mine) and I'm never sure if you're supposed to tag for sad/unhappy/depressing endings, etc.

I sadly don't have anything new to add, and I've been cowardly, leaving the LJS stuff to the end because there's so much of it. I'll have to figure out how series work on AO3 so I can organize things.

@NaNoWriMo It's definitely not dead, but it's also not always the best choice. I wish that "rule" would fade away. Sometimes you need to specify that a character yelled or whispered, etc. Our languages have lots of words for a reason!

I thought I saw a "I don't spew profanities. I enunciate them clearly, like a fucking lady" cross-stitch pattern in a book, and now I can't remember the book.

Maybe I'm a snob, but if someone from "talent acquisitions" for a web publishing company can't even spell, I'm not going to be that interested in whatever publisher they represent.

@sephmeadowes Was that the company you were working for? I skimmed some of the guidelines and honestly, self-publishing almost sounds easier. At least then I make my own timelines.
