@Dori42ez @huntingabi A good food (imo) to eat when you’re on a deficit is a pack of tuna (70-80 cal) and I just consider that a meal on its own

@elstragedies Sometimes drinking a lot of water while smoking will help my munchies calm down but then eventually I cave it but the water does a big difference (for me)
