So glad to see this post getting so much love. I noticed a few comments praising and missing this specific NXT era, and I couldn't agree more. Mid-late 2024 to early-mid 2025 NXT was easily my favorite weekly show at the time. I was looking forward to Tuesday nights every single week.
Women's division was hard carrying the entire brand during that period, and it was just so much fun and a great show. Nearly every week, the women were opening and closing the show: singles, tags, six-woman tags, great matches all around, it didn't matter. In terms of the sheer crop of talent, that was easily the highest quality women's roster in NXT history imo. Women who got less TV time back then are now champions or featured on TV every week.
To me, the MVPs of that era were Roxanne, Giulia, and Stephanie, but Fatal Influence, Jordynne, Sol, Zaria, Lola, Kelani, Jaida, Lash Legend, and Mara Sadè aka Jakara Jackson added so much to the show. When Roxanne went to the main roster first, Jordynne took her place, and then Giulia and Stephanie followed. Yet, those gaps were filled instantly because the depth of that roster was just insane.
