I bought an #Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro last month and was genuinely excited about it. Received it on 3rd Oct from #Amazon.in
Right out of the box, the speaker didnt work. No sound for calls, notifications, or music. Tried resets, checked every setting, nothing helped.

(4/4) It’s been weeks now with no update, no replacement, and no clear communication. Really disappointed with how poor the service has been in India. I was so excited about this watch, but the experience has been completely frustrating. @AmazfitIN please look into this.

(3/4) Every time I call or message, I get vague answers. One customer care agent even told me there’s no device registered under my number. The next day another person promised to call back after checking, but that call never came.
