@virginmedia I'm not going to avoid any payments, as you're going to take them off my account. If you avoid taking the off it may result in very poor customer service and missed opportunities to be better, I wouldn't avoid an opportunity to improve your service 😉

@virginmedia broadband down for another 6.5 hours 2 days I a row. I am not paying you if you are not providing the service I pay for. I work from home and this is daft. I will have to pay £20 to get unlimited data on my phone to work off which you will have to pay.
