Brain, culture, and being a woman in public.

Women: “We don’t need men.”

Military — 95% men
Firefighters — 97% men
Coal miners — 95% men
Truck drivers — 90% men
Construction workers — 92% men
Oil rig workers — 96% men
Surgeons — 82% men
Engineers — 89% men

"The world runs because of men."

Okay, let's finish the list.

Teachers — 76% women
Nurses — 88% women
Social workers — 83% women
Child care workers — 94% women
Elder care workers — 80%+ women
Administrative & clerical staff — 72% women
Medical & health services managers — majority women

The care economy that raises children, educates society, cares for the sick, and looks after the elderly is overwhelmingly female.

Still not done.

Prison population — 96% men
Sex offenders in prison — 98.5% men
Sexual offense prosecutions — 98% men
Domestic homicide perpetrators — 90% men
Violent crime offenders — 85%+ men

So if we're going to credit men for everything society builds, we should also acknowledge who commits most of the violence that society has to deal with.

And while we're at it:

Childbirths — 0% men.

Every man who has ever existed got here because of a woman.

Militarys exist largely because humans wage wars — and historically, wars have overwhelmingly been started and fought by men.

Nobody said men are unnecessary.

People said misogyny is unnecessary.

There's a difference.

Many of the industries used as examples of male dominance were fields women were historically barred from entering. Women were excluded from combat roles, denied access to engineering schools, shut out of trade unions, fired for pregnancy, and legally prevented from entering entire professions.

You don't get extra credit for dominating spaces where others weren't allowed to compete.

The reality is simple:

Society isn't built by men alone.

Society isn't built by women alone.

It functions because both contribute but often in different ways, often in ways that go unnoticed.

Women are better than Men. Period.

A woman with her own money, strong boundaries, and zero desire for external validation is entirely unmanageable.

Build a life where you never have to depend on someone whose respect for you comes with conditions.

3 habits that protect female cognitive focus and gut health:

- Hydrate with electrolytes before touching your first coffee.
- Walk for ten minutes after meals to blunt glucose spikes.
- Stop checking high-stress notifications the second your eyes open.

Protect your energy first.

A woman can have sex, sleep with many men, explore her sexual fantasies, want a threesome, use drugs, drink, flirt, wear revealing clothes, or simply love sex, and still have the absolute right to say no to any person at any time. CONSENT IS CONSENT.

"Men are raped too."
"Men are molested too."

Yes, they are.
MOST OFTEN, BY OTHER MEN.

[mimi ୨ৎ @pixelprayer]

The most subversive thing a woman can do today is refuse to play the martyr. Your suffering does not prove your love. Your self-sacrifice does not make you noble. It just leaves you exhausted in a room full of people who took you for granted.

3 biological truths women are never taught early enough:

- Starving yourself crashes your thyroid and spikes chronic anxiety.
- Muscle mass is your metabolic armor as you age.
- Chronic guilt keeps your nervous system stuck in fight or flight.

Fuel your body to win.

[mimi ୨ৎ @pixelprayer]

What is the hardest truth about boundaries and self-respect that you had to learn the painful way?

[mimi ୨ৎ @pixelprayer]

Never feel guilty for outgrowing people who are committed to staying miserable. You do not owe anyone your potential just so they feel comfortable in their complacency. Go build the life you actually want and let them be uncomfortable.

3 habits that protect female longevity better than any aesthetic trend:

1. Lifting heavy to protect your bone density and muscle mass.
2. Morning sunlight and protein before caffeine to keep cortisol stable.
3. Saying no to obligations that drain your nervous system.

Build power.

Ladies, please read more, study, work hard, and become someone in life. Marriage is not a career, and a man is not a financial breakthrough.

FOR WOMEN ONLY:

You wake up tomorrow and there are only women left in the world. No more men.

What is the first thing you do?

[mimi ୨ৎ @pixelprayer]

@French_man_76 No it's not. Smh.

[mimi ୨ৎ @pixelprayer]

I refuse to watch brilliant women trade their raw potential for domestic safety just because ambition makes people uncomfortable. Go be completely obsessed with what you can build. Settling for ease is the slowest way to lose your fire.

[mimi ୨ৎ @pixelprayer]

How to stop abandoning yourself:

- Say no without offering an apology or an essay.
- Stop mistaking mutual exhaustion for connection.
- Treat your energy like a finite reserve, not an open buffet.

[mimi ୨ৎ @pixelprayer]

We were conditioned to believe being tired was a virtue and enduring mistreatment proved our loyalty. Walk away from rooms that require you to stay sick, quiet, or small just to keep the peace. Build your own ground instead.

[mimi ୨ৎ @pixelprayer]

3 non-negotiables every woman must reclaim:

1. Bloodwork over beauty trends: check ferritin and vitamin D.
2. Lift heavy to build lifelong bone density.
3. Stop running on empty cortisol just to prove you are agreeable.
