@leedsrhinos we were on holiday today near Leeds and bought a top in your store as a gift, we've brought it home as a present and it does not fit, the lady in the shop said we would have to bring it back for exchange but we are now over 100 miles away, can you help?
@RoyalMail I missed a parcel on Saturday 13th Feb. I arranged for it to be redelivered through your online system git the confirmation email and it was supposed to arrive yesterday (16 Feb) it is past the time that the postman comes today and still nothing, what do I do next?
@ITVTonight@Peston@ITV I tried retraining as an electrician from being a teacher a few years ago, there is no incentive for employers to take on older apprentices even with the new system introduced a couple of years ago. I never fully qualified.
@EatWellForLess not sure if you've done it before but it's very difficult to do this for one person living alone, I'm comfortable cooking and buying for a family but there are lots of people who have to cater just for themselves and the solo cook is often overlooked
@Tesco Could you also tell me where you got the feedback from customers which prompted you to make these changes? I have been solely shopping in Tesco for the last six weeks and have not been asked my opinion?
@Tesco I am not comfortable with the changes you have implemented, customers are not adhering to social distance and this change has appeared to have made people think it is all normal in your shops again
@Tesco It's not so much the tills, although with both sides open everyone was much closer together, in the aisles it was very difficult to get down and pick up the shopping I needed, it is a shame as I have praised Tesco over the last month's for their response.
@Tesco Social distancing is NOT being maintained, the aisles are not wide enough to cater for people travelling both directions as well as having one of your colleagues working on that aisle, having spoken to one of your colleagues he is also worried about the changes identified today
@Tesco Unfortunately I think that by removing things too quickly customers are now thinking that all social distancing has gone, I am VERY disappointed that you have merely replied with a stock answer that does not address ANY of the issues I have encountered today
