@EastMidRailway He’s accepted my ticket, so perhaps you’re right, but it was just very confusing and worrying to be given conflicting information just as the train was departing!

@EastMidRailway They’ve just made an announcement as the train was leaving saying if your ticket isn’t valid for this specific train then you have to buy a new one.

@EMTrains has the problem with issuing monthly season tickets at Sheffield ticket office been resolved yet?

@EMTrains So if I purchase a day return from a ticket machine because the season ticket problem hasn’t been resolved, can you guarantee that this will be refunded? Id just like a guarantee of advice before I travel. Thanks.

@EMTrains Okay, thanks, but what is the current advice for passengers? If we have to purchase a full price day return will this be refunded when we are able to purchase a monthly season ticket? Can we travel on an expired season ticket until the problem has been resolved?
