@EtihadHelp @etihad @EtihadHelp I checked. No booking details were added, and your DM provided no real update, just the same "we're investigating your case" message for 10 days. Feels like a CBI investigation. 🤣 This is a complaint, not feedback.

@etihad Very disappointed. Paid extra for seat 35A as a window seat for my 2 & 5-year-old kids on our India–London flight, but there was no window. My kids were upset and cried. Complaint Ref: 2606105916232. No response or support received yet. Please help.
