DISPATCH N001 - STATEMENT OF INITIAL POSITION
The Pizza Movement · Office of the Treasury
Form 10-P · Founding Thesis · Ref. PS-08202026-001
To the Holders of $PIZZA:
In 2010 a man traded 10,000 bitcoin for two pizzas, and for sixteen years the world has called it the worst trade ever made. We see it differently. It was the first time anyone believed enough to spend. Every satoshi that has ever moved since owes something to that order. The pizza was never the joke. The pizza was the proof.
We are nobody in particular. There is no CEO here, no boardroom, no roadmap written by one man for others to wait on. There is a wallet, and there is a community, and the wallet answers to the chain, not to us. Everything we claim, you can verify yourself: the address is published, the balance is read live, and the treasury has never signed a transaction. Do not take our word for anything. That is the entire point.
Here is what we did: we acquired 65,451,131 $PIZZA, 6.5% of everything that will ever exist, for $78,480. We did not buy the bottom. Our average entry sits above where the market trades today, and we publish that too, because a movement that only tells you the flattering numbers is just another project with a marketing department.
Why did we buy? Because $PIZZA is the only mechanism we have found where impatience funds conviction. Every seller pays a toll, and the toll is paid in bitcoin, and the bitcoin flows to whoever is still holding. We are not betting on a chart. We are betting that patience, pooled and made visible, becomes gravity.
And when you ask us wen pump, wen listing, wen Laszlo, we will send the question back to you, the way it was once sent back to all of us. What did you do for the movement this week? Who did you onboard? What did you build? The treasury holds so that you are free to act. That is the division of labor here.
We hold. We do not sell. We put the receipts on-chain where no one can quietly edit them. The rest of it, the pizza shops, the giveaways, the slice that finds its way back to the man who started all of this, belongs to everyone reading this.
This is the vision. Build toward it with us.
Respectfully submitted,
- The Pizza Movement
