@KentROSystems So it has been more than a day since I first received your tweet… I still have NO REVERT, NO SERVICE and the INCONVENIENCE continues. NO REVERT on MAIL also. PATHETIC AFTER-SALES SERVICE to the say the least. Only lip service and no result.

@KentROSystems I have done that at least 5-6 times in the last 8 days. 1st complaint raised on 2nd Nov. The engineer assigned refuses to come & says that a new engineer will be assigned. Customer Care says that we have raised an urgent request and put this on priority but even then nobody comes

@KentROSystems Unfortunately the whole day has passed and we still have no call or update from the service team. Proves my point on the pathetic after sales service. I had also sent a detailed mail on the email provided by you even then no response.

@republic Just to correct the gazette notification is by the central Govt based on the proposal from Raghubir Das Govt in Jharkhand. Not the current Jharkhand Govt as is being shown by you.
