COMMON QUESTION #1 NA MAG-FLOAT SA ISIP NG MARAMI:
“Ano po ba ’yang auxiliary expenses na ’yan? Bakit kino-collect niyo pa sa amin? Baka naman pinasosyal niyo lang ang tawag pero kupit niyo lang talaga ’yan!?”

Answer:
Gagamitin po ang fund allocation na ₱3,230 para sa delivery ng hand banners and drop-down banners.

Since mabibigat po ang mga ito, lalo na ang 15,000 pieces na hand banners, panigurado pong kailangan namin itong ipa-courier para makarating sa amin. Kung hindi man po, kakailanganin ng admin na mag-book ng Grab para kunin ang mga ito sa suppliers. Kawawa naman po kung magpapalipat-lipat pa ng sasakyan ang admin na kukuha dahil sa dami at bigat ng banners pati na rin and drop down banners natin.

Aside from that, naghihintay pa po kami ng update regarding sa permit na kailangang i-secure para sa LED TRUCK, dahil hindi pa po malinaw kung may corresponding fee ito o wala.

COMMON QUESTION #2 NA MAG-FLOAT DIN SA ISIP NG MARAMI:
“Eh paano kapag may sukli pa diyan? Ibulsa niyo na?”

Answer:
Hindi po.

Kung ano man po ang matitirang funds mula sa auxiliary expenses ay automatic po na ifoforward sa next donation drive na ioopen ng TEAM PHate, at hopefully, para na po ito sa BLOOD SAGA IN PH. (Please please please)

Huwag po kayong mag-alala dahil kahit auxiliary expenses lang po ang mga nabanggit namin ay sisiguraduhin naming may corresponding receipts/proof of payment para transparent po ang lahat ng gastos.
