@lenovohelp hi there--i've called every number anyone has referred onto me. it's been a chain now of people saying "it's not our department." the last guy (@800.932.0465) just now told me to google it. :( help please! i just want service for the two N5902 remotes that arrived broken

@lenovohelp apparently post sales support is closed as the person who answered the phone tried to give me a price match? so i'll have to wait until monday now.

@lenovohelp called 877-453-6686, option 1 as directed. jazz over there told me that they are hardware support. and they referred me over to post sales support for lenovo (855-253-6686, option 1 then 2). apparently opt2 says it is "cancels/returns" which is not exactly what i'm hoping for?

@lenovohelp the two N5902s have backlight. if youturn on the remote in one of the backlight modes (on back), then press a button or key or anything, the backlight takes 5 full seconds to turn on. i have four other N5902s, and the backlight activates immediately without delay.

@lenovohelp i purchased two N5902 multimedia remote w/backlight from https://t.co/pyHsLSM5Ua directly. both of these arrived broken. i've tried use chat, call lenovo, thinkpad,...but none can help. please send me the right phone # to call (and it is NOT 800.932.0465)
