c. as per instructions on Air India twitter handle, i tried whatsapp. There is no option for cancellation and i get only preset automated response.
d. The phone lines have wait times of more than one hour and still not successful in reaching anybody

I am trying to cancel my ticket and finding it impossible - a. there is no option in the web "my booking" to cancel
b. as per instructions on the web i wrote to "[email protected]" and got an automated response that cancellations can't be done via email
