Trying to watch the #challengecup final via sky go and the video is severely degraded. Looks like only 2 frames per second so unwatchable. Audio is perfect. Same on different devices and internet connections

Hi @Starlink I just activated my Starlink and everything is working great. Great connectivity. I also love the rental plan. One thing though, I can’t connect to my wired network and Customer support says I need to buy additional H/W for that. I thought all HW included in rental?
