🚨🚨🚨SOME PERSONAL NEWS 🚨🚨🚨. After 10 incredible years at the helm, I've decided that now is the right time to step back from the day-to-day management of @risingacademies. Over the summer, I'll be transitioning to a part-time Executive Chairman role (1/x).

(9/x) Most importantly, thanks to the incredible @risingacademies team. The biggest lesson I've learned? "Every 'what' problem is a 'who' problem." With great people, anything is possible. Without them, nothing is. It’s been an honour working with you all.

A theory I had before the election was that while Labour's inheritance would be incredibly challenging, a landslide win + low expectations was an unusual combo that would make underpromising and overdelivering easier. These numbers lend some support to that (2/3).
