Cathedral Valley is a striking place. I especially like Glass Mountain, a plug of gypsum crystals to the north of the Temple of the Sun. Capitol Reef is a great place to visit.
Cassidy Arch, in Capitol Reef, is on the easy side of moderate. Interesting because the trail leads to the top of it, not the bottom. The Park Service usually bans walking on arches, but here it's OK.
⛽️ The "Gasoline Cloud" Delusion
Because Russia cannot deliver gasoline to the occupied Ukrainian territories, as Ukraine controls all the routes, Russian general and deputy Gurulyov proposed an idea of how to bypass this. A direct quote:
"We have technologies, still Soviet ones. We can heat and evaporate several train cars of gasoline, say, near Anapa, and form a gasoline cloud from it, and then direct it to Crimea with special fans, where we will make it rain. The technology was already tested in 1986—just get your basins ready!"
They’re building a Maverik on 193 on the east side of I-15, on the west side of I-15 there’s a Maverik, one block east of the new one there’s another Maverik, a couple miles east there’s a Maverik.
