@askrapidkl Bus T809 and PJ06 are not according to the schedule in your app and this create unnecessary nuisance for us. Example T809 on 9 November 2025 is not operate at 8:30am
@askrapidkl LRT sungai besi station is very confusing. Signboards are useless because there is no clear info on stations on Putra Heights/ampang sentul timur. Example if I’m going to TBS, I don’t don’t know which one to pick.
@airasia I requested refund via chat with bo. 3 months over, nothing happened. I heard after 3 months I won’t get my money back? I paid rm1k over and still wrong for refund
@airasia There are two failed bookings on April but until now I don’t see any refund to my bank. Chat with Bo asking for booking number and not ref number. I’m stuck with the useless Bo. Can I make an appointment with someone real?
@airasia What era is it with your dysfunction app. Fly to Shanghai in 3 day but my booking is blank. Can’t manage booking. No mention of klia 1 or 2 in my email. Can’t do basic air flight job but good at advertising.

@airasia spent days on booking Changsha- KUL flight. First the email came telling me it was processing. 2nd email informed its failed booking. I tried twice with the same results with the reason payment failed. Bank told me the money I sent is ‘floating’. What happened?
@ktm_berhad Scan QR tunjuk train sampai 5:45am di stesen KL. Tak sampai. Check jadual waktu, tukar ke 7:13am. Tiba2 train muncul 6am. Masuk train tapi train tak bergerak. Kononnya waiting for clearance. Dah 10 mins masih tunggu… 😭
@CIMBMalaysia called many cimb numbers but none of them work. No TAC on my cimb app. Checked what is FTL then found out it’s first time login. But still no clue on it. I cannot do online banking for the past few days.
@TK_HelpDesk I made about 20 calls but still can’t book from my unused ticket from covid time. My last call was 42 minutes and they told me to fill up the feedback form! #turkish
