@lucaslovexoxo when an app is available on both, I always prefer to buy direct from the company. Another advantage of not using the mac app store is that I can install the app on another computer that doesn't use the same apple id

My full page ad for Kinopio in the internet phonebook vol.2 is literally a page-sized screenshot. (It'll be printed in greyscale)

When thinking about how to approach the ad, I looked at all the ads in vol.1 and they were generally clean and abstract or high-concept. So I went in a more maximalist direction with a space screenshot that you could meander around.

Based on the sticker sheet, mocked up this quick business card design. not sure if i'll use/print it though. Would be cool if it was possible to make the back of the card a sticker too

@verymehari @AREdotNA v cool, what determines the nav-link and background colors? Are they hand picked?

@jaesmail I think that's twitter (and social media) in general. The number of actual practitioners are super low relative to bandwagon boosters.

That imbalance might be human nature, but imo curators/taste-makers should feel like part of their job is exposing outside-the-box stuff

Hot take: I don't hate the new electric Ferrari, but it feels like it's not quite finished. Just sprinkle a bit more new Testarossa-style nip tucks and it would work. The price (like all modern Ferraris) is stupid ofc.

To print the Kinopio stickers, I had to split it into 2 layers: one with the stickers to kiss cut out and one with the background for the sheet. The background layer reminds me of "Who's That Pokémon" (or a crime scene photo)
