ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీ గారు పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారిని ‘పవన్ కాదు… ఆంధీ హై’ అని ప్రశంసించారు. అంతేకాదు, పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారికి శస్త్రచికిత్స జరిగినప్పుడు స్వయంగా వెళ్లి పరామర్శించారు. అది మోదీ గారు పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారి ‘ఫ్యాన్’ కాబట్టినా? సినిమా పిచ్చి ఉందనా ? …కాదు. ఆయన వ్యక్తిత్వం, ప్రజల కోసం పోరాడే తత్వం, రాజకీయాల్లో ఆయన చూపిస్తున్న నిబద్ధతకు ఇచ్చిన గౌరవం.

అలాగే బీజేపీలో కూడా ఎంతోమంది ప్రముఖ నటులు ఉన్నారు. కానీ వారిని చూసి మాత్రమే ప్రజలు లేదా నాయకులు బీజేపీలో చేరారని ఎవరూ చెప్పరు. ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ తమ ఆలోచనలు, సిద్ధాంతాలు, నాయకత్వంపై నమ్మకంతోనే ఒక పార్టీని ఎంచుకుంటారు. అదే విధంగా ఏ నాయకుడైనా, ఏ కార్యకర్తైనా ఒక పార్టీలో చేరేది అక్కడ ఉన్న నటుడిని చూసి కాదు… ఆ పార్టీ సిద్ధాంతాలను, నాయకత్వాన్ని, విలువలను నమ్మి చేరుతారు.

ఇప్పటికీ నేను ఆయన ఆ మాట అని ఉండరు అనే భావిస్తున్నాను !
