@BDAOfficialGok@KarFireDept How many more reminders?
Skandagiri Phase 2 residents have raised these issues through official grievances and BDA WhatsApp groups:
❌ Expired fire extinguishers
❌ Poor STP water quality
Still ZERO ACTION. Please act before a tragedy occurs!
@BDAOfficialGok Why are tents being installed inside Konadasapura Ph2 to accommodate labourers? What safety, security and hygiene risks have been assessed? Is this a standard practice in occupied residential societies in Bengaluru? Residents deserve a clear explanation.
BDA Konadasapura Phase 2 Apartment is currently managed by BDA, yet @MyGate_com has granted access to certain groups despite ongoing concerns regarding the authority of multiple associations. This is creating internal conflicts and raising serious concerns about residents’ data.
Our own temple, which was demolished by BDA,even though it was not causing any inconvenience or harm to anyone.4 many residents,it was more than just structure it was place of faith, devotion,&community. The loss continues to be painful for those who were emotionally connected 🙏
@BDAOfficialGok@Captain_Mani72 sir, BDA officials started working on park development. Looks like the jogging track is being laid in a way that blocks the exit gate, contrary to the approved RERA plan. PFA approved RERA plan. Request you to intervene. Thanks.

You have raised your voice on many public issues where people felt injustice had occurred. We respectfully request you to look into the recent demolition of our small Bajrangbali(Anjaneya Swamy) temple by BDA,Bengaluru inside our society.Need justice
@publictvnews Our society's senior citizens (aged 65–80) used to offer prayers every morning & evening at our small 4×4 ft Anjaneya Swamy temple, praying for peace & harmony.
Unfortunately, the BDA dimolished the temple. the senior citizens, were heartbroken and in tears.
@Captain_Mani72 BDA acted with remarkable speed to demolish a small 4x4 ft temple idol. However, when it comes to residents' everyday issues such as water scarcity, water leakage, and other basic amenities, there has been little urgency or response.
Day3 after the temple demolition at BDA Konadasapura Phase 2. The temple is gone, but the pain remains.
Residents continue to ask: What was achieved by demolishing it? Was the temple obstructing any development work that required such action?

Sad Day for Our Community
Today is a very sad day for our community. BDA Bengaluru has dismantled the temple where many residents offered daily prayers.
It is heartbreaking to see this happen. but this decision has caused deep pain to many residents.
BDA Konadasapura Phase 2 has several broken slabs posing a safety risk to residents, especially children and senior citizens,These basic safety issues remain unresolved, yet BDA carried out the temple demolition at 7 AM on Monday @BDAOfficialGok@Captain_Mani72
Residents of BDA Konadasapura Phase 2 are deeply saddened after BDA demolished the temple at 7 AM today. After selling all the flats, was it necessary for BDA to interfere in a matter that many residents wished to decide as a community? @BDAOfficial@Captain_Mani72
Need support from @AmexBusiness@AskAmex and attention from @RBI regarding an unfair late payment charge issue.
I hold 2 Amex cards. By mistake, I paid my bill amount to Card A, while the actual outstanding bill was generated on Card B.
@AmexBusiness@AskAmex@RBI Customers should not be penalized when funds were already available within the same institution and action was taken immediately after informing support.
@AmexBusiness@AskAmex@RBI My concern is simple: If the payment amount was already with Amex and the transfer was processed by Amex itself, why should a late payment fee be charged at all?
@AmexBusiness@AskAmex@RBI However, later a late payment fee was charged on my card.
When I contacted customer support for reversal, only around 75% of the late fee was reversed instead of the complete amount.
@AmexBusiness@AskAmex@RBI I was also clearly informed by customer support that I should not worry and that there would be no issue. I was assured that even if any charge was applied, it would be reversed.
@AmexBusiness@AskAmex@RBI Amex support acknowledged the issue and raised a request to transfer the payment from Card A to Card B. The transfer request was accepted and processed.
@AmexBusiness@AskAmex@RBI The key point is: the payment amount was already with Amex. The money never left the Amex ecosystem. It was sitting against another Amex card under my account.
I realized this on the payment due date itself and immediately contacted Amex customer support.
