EXTREMELY URGENT DONATIONS APPEAL🚨
After a series of heartbreak, after finally gathering the courage, I’m here asking for your help. The last few weeks have been gut wrenching. We keep saving lives but it also comes with a cost. We NEED you all to step up and help HULK.
🚨 URGENT DONATIONS NEEDED 😭🙏🏼
After Skys demise, our mental health has hit rock bottom. Despite the grief, we are trying.
We don’t want you all to donate a lot. Any amount small or big, will help us fight for hulk, buy necessities for Timon & Pumba, will help us clear bills.
Beautiful Astomi had her eye surgery and did amazing. Her lips are continuing to heal with the help of a steroid, and she is truly the sweetest little lady.
She is on some pretty heavy-duty antibiotics because there was an infection behind the eye itself.
PAYPAL INBIO PLEASE.
To make matters worse, Maple's bloodwork indicated a severe infection to the point that she could go septic at any moment. The only way to fix her leg is to perform surgery and implant a metal plate in the femur. Even if it's $1, it will mean everything to this tiny kitten 😿
The choice was between us taking on this case, with its large medical bills, or Paris being euthanized. To us, it wasn’t a choice at all. Right now, as Paris fights for her life, we ask for your support. Please consider donating to her emergency bills, the donation link inbio.
❤️ This baby hippo was rescued in Kenya after he was found beside his mother, who had died.
He is now being raised by the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust
In this video, little Bumpy walks into his room, where a mattress has been laid on the floor for him.
One of his caretakers sleeps in the same room, because at that age, he still needs someone close.
(Sheldrick Wildlife Trust is a Kenyan conservation charity famous for raising orphaned baby elephants and other rescued wildlife.)
More than 40 years ago, I arrived in Chicago in search of an idea. I was a young man looking for purpose, who believed deeply in America, was inspired by the Civil Rights Movement, and wanted to be a part of something larger. The America I believed in was one where everyone has opportunity, everyone is seen, everyone belongs—because that was an America that had a place for me, too.
Wonderful news from Ithumba: ex-orphan Tumaren debuted a brand new baby boy this evening!
We haven’t seen Tumaren for six months – but as our ex-orphans so often do, she journeyed home to introduce her baby to the people who raised her. Tuck, as we’ve named her newest addition, is just perfect. Tumaren’s firstborn, Tembo, is already proving to be an excellent big brother too, which is lovely to witness.
This is the second new arrival we’ve met this week, bringing our total tally of known wild-born babies to an astonishing 94.

Great friend of Ukraine @MettePrime (Mette Frederiksen) is absolutely right: Europe cannot afford to continue living as if it is a peacetime. Every day not preparing to defend youreslf is a day lost.
Raising orphaned elephants takes a community – Keepers on the ground, and people like you thousands of miles away, united by the belief that every wild animal matters.
From quiet bonding moments to milk feeds, night-time cuddles to mud baths and graduations, adopters ensure we have what it takes to remain by their sides at every stage.
