IIT Madras has teamed up with FaMe TN (Tamil Nadu’s MSME support body) to help small and medium businesses adopt AI and digital tools.
The partnership is led by IIT Madras’ Centre of Tech Excellence and backed by a CSR grant from Walmart Global Tech.
It will create low cost, easy to use AI solutions for MSMEs in manufacturing, retail and related sectors.
A new Digital Readiness Index will measure how prepared Tamil Nadu’s MSMEs are for digital adoption.
The programme includes training, technology demos, and hands on support to boost productivity and quality.
The goal is to make small businesses more competitive through practical Industry 4.0 tools without heavy investment.

@ByjusSupport I have been following up with your team to get the NOC since last month. But you are telling a story whenever I call you. Before the due day, you will call and ask me to pay the EMI amount, but after paying you will fail to get the NOC.
