NCC Gp HQs Cuttack: Tracing a Glorious Legacy Across Time and Terrain 🏟️📖

Raised on 01 Apr 1965 with nine units under its command, NCC Gp HQs Cuttack began its journey under 13 Circle Cadet Corps at Kanika House (present JKBK College) 🇮🇳📜 It later moved to Barabati Stadium in 1968, where it remained for nearly 52 years, shaping generations of cadets and strengthening the NCC framework in the region 🏟️

Marking a significant transition, it shifted to SO-15 Cantt Rd on 21 Oct 2020, from where it continues to function today 🏢 Its geographical jurisdiction spans 13 districts of Northern Odisha, overseeing 12 units including Sainik School and 1(O) Girls Bn NCC. Notably, the 1(O) Girls Battalion was regrouped under NCC Gp HQs Cuttack in Apr 2020, further enhancing its strength and inclusivity 👩‍✈️⚔️
