@SW_Help yesterday I was caught up being delayed by 3 hrs coming up from Weymouth to Waterloo. Tonight I tried moving my return journey forward (from 8:24pm) only to be told it will cost me an extra £22 - wtf terrible customer service after yesterday. “Nothing we can do”!!

@SW_Help In the end the person at the gate let us on the train - waiting to see what happens when the guard checks our tickets!!

@SW_Help Guard has just said (as he walked through) that they will now be stopping at Upwey, great news. The train is the one just getting into Poole
