@atulpmail Sir,obvsly recrtmnt in phases are going to help freshers.but wht abt those candidates who are in process for 4-5 years & just wting for completion of prcs.sir it is better to focus on completing all recrtmnt prcs within time limit of 1 year,so that freshers shouldn't be effected.
