BREAKING: Corrupt Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas gets devastating news as Former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe explains how the government could prosecute him for his countless crimes.

This is MAGA's worst nightmare...

"What they need to open an investigation is information that a federal crime has been committed," McCabe said during a podcast conversation with legal analyst Allison Gill.

"There's no law or policy that prevents DOJ from doing that," he continued. "In fact, they are tasked with investigating and prosecuting violations of federal law. This could easily be that. So, it would fall well within their authority to do it, but it would be very, very, very controversial."

The two were discussing the FBI's standards for opening a case as it relates to the shocking revelation that Thomas has been accepting bribes for years in the form of luxury trips, sweetheart loans, and gifts worth millions in total from wealthy Republicans.

Gill pointed out that the FBI should be able to investigate any branch of government. Since they have no problem investigating members of Congress, they should be able to probe the court as well.

The two discussed the "loan" that Thomas received for a luxury RV that was then forgiven, amounting to an out-and-out gift. As Gill explains, Thomas would have owed taxes on the gift and if he failed to pay them it "could be a violation of the law."

"So, the tax case is both good and bad," said McCabe. "It's a little bit tough to work through the hypothetical because of the IRS's investigative jurisdiction, which is actually statutory in nature."

McCabe said that if information emerges that Thomas received the bribe “in return for making a particular judgment or taking an official act on behalf of the person who gave him money" then the FBI "would have the information necessary to meet that low threshold of having information that violates federal or criminal law has occurred or will occur."

Clearly, a full investigation is necessary. Thomas is selling our democracy out for pennies on the dollar and making a mockery of all of us. It's high time that he was investigated, prosecuted, and held accountable for his crimes.

BREAKING: Kamala Harris' campaign obliterates Donald Trump over his "weird" Fox News interview and goes for the jugular on his advanced age and obvious cognitive decline.

The shoe is on the other foot now...

"After watching Fox News this morning we only have one question, is Donald Trump ok?" the campaign said in an official release entitled "Statement on a 78-Year-Old Criminal’s Fox News Appearance."

In that interview, Trump referred to President Joe Biden as a "problemmed man" and smeared Harris as "real garbage.” Clearly, the MAGA leader is losing his fastball.

The statement from the Harris campaign listed the primary "takeaways Trump gave to the American people" including his praise of the profoundly fascist Project 2025 blueprint.

Other takeaways were that "Trump is flustered and lashing out," that he "praised dictators because he wants to be one," he's "clearly worried he made the wrong pick in J.D. Vance," and "Trump is old and quite weird?"

BREAKING: Vice President Kamala Harris knocks it out of the park with a showstopping speech in North Carolina slamming Donald Trump and his creepy VP pick J.D. Vance.

This woman is a born leader...

Harris ripped into Vance's deranged speech at the RNC, during which he touted his rural upbringing in Ohio.

"It’s a compelling story. And, it was not the full story," said Harris. "Frankly, what is very telling is what he did not talk about on that stage. He did not talk about Project 2025, their 900-page blueprint for a second Trump term. He did not talk about it because their plans are extreme and they are divisive."

"In recent days they've been trying to portray themselves as the party of unity but here's the thing, here's the thing!" said Harris. "If you claim to stand for unity you need to do more than just use the word."

Harris also expertly broke down the immense differences between the Trump and Biden administrations, highlighting all of the ways in which Democrats have helped average Americans.

"Whereas the last administration gave tax cuts to billionaires, we gave tax cuts to families through the Child Tax Credit, which cut child poverty in half," said Harris to a round of applause.

"And please do note, their Project 2025 agenda would even end Head Start to take away preschool from hundreds of thousands of our children," she added.

Harris correctly identified 2024 as the "most existential, consequential and important election of our lifetime." She could not be more right.

During a particularly potent section of her speech, Vice President Harris exposed the war that Trump intends to wage on senior citizens—

"Last night we heard claims that Donald Trump is for fighting for our seniors," said Harris. "Well how the heck can you claim you fight for seniors when you intend to cut Social Security and Medicare?"

"Which we all know is a lifeline for so many of our seniors," she continued. "Let me be very clear: President Joe Biden and I will always protect Social Security and we will always protect Medicare."

She paused as the crowd roared and clapped in approval.

"All while we continue to fight to lower the cost of prescription drug for our seniors," she went on. "It is President Biden and I that took on Big Pharma and finally capped the cost of insulin for our seniors at $35 a month. Who here has a family member with diabetes to know what that means? Right!"

"But Donald Trump and his running mate intend to get rid of our $35 cap on insulin," she explained. "They will side with Big Pharma and let them make prescription drugs more expensive."

"Not only that, on the issue of healthcare they intend to get rid of the Affordable Care Act. Donald Trump and his allies tried more than sixty times to end the Affordable Care Act. Sixty Times! To give insurance companies back the power to deny people with preexisting conditions," said Harris.

"Y'all remember what that was like?" she continued. Children with asthma? Women who had survived breast cancer? Grandparents with diabetes? President Biden and I, on the other hand, have made the Affordable Care Act more strong."

It was an incredible speech from an incredible public servant. Americans are lucky to have Kamala Harris fighting for us.

Together we are going to defeat Trump and his MAGA fascism this November.

BREAKING: Deeply corrupt Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas ignites a furious scandal by refusing to answer whether he ever paid back the massive $267,000 "loan" that he received from a millionaire executive.

And it gets even worse....

Democratic Senators Ron Wyden and Sheldon Whitehouse sent a letter to Thomas' attorney asking for an explanation for the "loan" from healthcare executive Anthony Welter which Thomas used to purchase a luxury RV.

In the letter, the senators point out that Thomas, a rabid Republican, never disclosed whether the $267,000 was paid back or forgiven.

If it was simply forgiven, that would mean it was actually a lump sum gift — or more accurately a bribe. The senators add that it would represent "a significant amount of taxable income."

"Your client’s refusal to clarify how the loan was resolved raises serious concerns regarding violations of federal tax laws," the senators wrote.

Finance committee investigators found that some interest on the "loan" had been paid back but the rest had been forgiven.

At this point, Thomas isn't even attempting to obscure his corruption. He's flaunting it in our faces because he believes that he's above the law. He's been selling our country out for decades to the super-rich in return for overt bribes.

We need a full, immediate investigation into Clarence Thomas. This man doesn't belong on the Supreme Court, he belongs in prison.

BREAKING: Donald Trump’s former spokeswoman fires a torpedo into his presidential campaign, says “competency and experience” are “out the window” if he wins.

“It’s extremely worrisome because I think competency and experience are going to be out the window,” said Sarah Matthews, the former spokesperson in person, during a conversation with CNN.

“In this article, he says that he wants to put loyalists in these positions of power, and a litmus test to secure a job would be that you believe that the 2020 election was stolen from him,” she said, referencing a disturbing new Time magazine interview with Trump.

“It’s concerning to think there won’t be people, I believe, of good character staffing him this go-around.,” she went on. “You’re not going to have the John Kellys and Mark Espers who would push back on him. Instead, it’s going to be a bunch of ‘yes’ men and women who will do and say what he pleases.”.

“I think, in the last administration, we were able to dissuade him from a lot of bad policies by saying, ‘Oh, well, this could hurt your reelection chances,’” Matthews explained. “If he is elected president again, that won’t be a concern next time around.”

“So I think that you’re not really going to be able to steer him off of some of these bad policies like such as family separation that we saw in his first term, things like that,” she added. “I believe he would go forward with because he wanted to do that during the first term.”

It’s frankly astonishing that people with firsthand experience of Trump’s failed administration aren’t being taken more seriously. Matthews and others are sounding the alarms and MAGA supporters are sticking their heads in the sand.
