@schnellreece007 They could also do a fraction of the training, fuck off running all together and pay attention to eating right/nailing a caloric deficit lol
@BioavailableNd Feminism. Nothing wrong with feminism, and I love women feeling empowered. But the calculated/orchestrated psyop that’s been imposed via media to convince women to not have a family, that men are bad, etc. is the issue imo.
@Kxngstn_ I do zero cardio. Granted I get 30 k + daily steps. I can routinely get sub 10 percent. Currently my leanest ever. If you have a sedentary job though you’ll likely benefit from some dedicated cardio.
@GutOptimized I’ve always found clean starches to be easy to digest. For me when my gut is messed up, it was always heavy proteins/rich meals or just too much fermentable fibers
@SSavson@tuhanmegistus Of course food is best. Supplementing wise,
I’m not convinced “whole food C” supplements are necessary whatsoever. Of course you should be getting plenty from food
@BerbarianWizard@zaidkdahhaj Bro, I have been saying for years the same thing. Every summer I notice it. This year I’ve gotten extremely lean. Most notably within the last few weeks of regular sun maxing. There’s something going on from a metabolic standpoint for sure
@SDD1228k@hedzlab@Hybridathlete Literally yes. Lmfao I’m living proof, as are the thousands of people who eat all of these foods and successfully lose weight.
