Place d'Orleans will be closed on Good Friday, April 10 and Easter Sunday, April 12.
Essential businesses will be open on Saturday, April 11 from 12pm-5pm.
As per the announcement by Premier Ford earlier this week, Place d’Orleans will be effectively closed to the public as of today, with the exception of essential retail - please visit our website for full details.
@lilthiccie Legally, we need to be mandated to close by the government. We've contacted our MPP @StephenBlais and MP @mflalonde to help us in this effort.
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 we have closed the food court seating areas to comply with restricting large gatherings of individuals as per Ontario's state of emergency announcement. Take-out service will still be available until further notice.
@christinamakar Hi there, we're still open but most stores have closed. We are doing everything we can to stop the spread of viruses, but we also need the government to mandate us to close all non-essential retail.
