This wouldn’t keep the bad chasers off the road but it might encourage the ones already there to do better.

@TrooperBenKs Could anchor it around the light bars. If you want to use one you have to get a certification that covers driving, storm spotting, and first aid. Pay a couple hundred bucks up front for the cert and if you go x amount of years with no violations you get the fee refunded.

An oversimplified explanation, but that’s the gist of it. To be fair salary non-exempt employees aren’t as common as the other types so it’s reasonable to have not heard of it.
