The dilution for $TSLA shareholders, based on my estimate, is 2 to 1!!

For every 2 shares of $TSLA will equal 1 share of SpaceX!

At 1-1.3T Tesla vs 2-2.6T SpaceX, the math is realistically a lot worse than 2:1!! That’s an assault on every long holder and likely will be met with a NO vote — the sad part is those big shareholders also have ownership in SpaceX and could overpower the retail.
