I believe that it is important to inform he police that you are #autistic.

When they are told the rules change. It’s the law!

Some of you will argue, but that is your choice. Some of will be very rude.

But this is important because of this.

Mindfulness for stress
Mindfulness for depression and anxiety
Mindfulness for relapse prevention
Mindfulness for trauma
Alongside this we offer youth course for both primary and secondary education.

Very disappointed @BTP @metpoliceuk for handcuffing my 15yo pupil for having a broken Oyster card and then told she gave a false address which was later found to be correct. 3 hours in cuffs and sent to a police station. They believed she was an adult. Side note, she’s black.
