I have 6 unfinished side projects. Now I know why.

Honestly, with AI editors like Cursor, you don’t need to memorize all this.

Better to pick a stack, build real stuff, and let AI help you fill the gaps as you go.

Back when I was working a 9-5 as a dev, I used to believe:
“If you build a great product, users will naturally come.”

Now as a founder, I’ve learned the hard truth:
- Marketing is way harder than building.
- Tech isn’t the bottleneck anymore AI is powerful, and you can hire devs for much cheaper now.
- But a great product with no marketing? It’s a dead product. No one will ever find it.

Building is necessary.
Marketing is essential.
Survival depends on visibility.

In B2B, I’ve seen great products die because nobody knew they existed.

At my last job, we built an amazing internal tool, but without a clear marketing plan, no clients cared.
