@ATT after upgrading my phone in May AND after multiple. Is it’s to the store where purchased (at&t staffed store) AND many, many phone calls. I STILL have not received my proper trade in value.
Was promised $1,100 trade in (I have the receipt) but was only given $830.

@ATT I was told by an at&t em-loyee that my trade in for my phone would be $1100. They ended up giving me $830 and a bunch of crap. I dare anyone to try and get someone from their loyalty division to have a “real” conversation without parroting back some gobbledygook sh_t.

DO NOT believe what they tell you in a store.
I was promised a $1,100 credit for trade in.
Told I wouldn’t be seeing my “real” monthly charge for 2-3 months.
After all is said. They only gave me a $830 credit.

@keyless_co has any county club had these locks installed? It is my understanding that these locks are designed solely for shared locker use. Accidentally changing combo can cause huge problems.
