Our @UnitedAirlines flight from Orlando was over 2 hours late so we missed our connecting flight in Denver. They gave us a hotel voucher and put us on a flight 24 hours later because the flight 2 hours later was full, but they put our bags on the full flight. Very unhappy

@racheljwelcher Ugh. FB is the worst. You can’t talk to an actual person! I got hacked and cancelled and couldn’t convince the robots that I’d been hacked—they’d just look at my account and tell me I’d posted something inappropriate. So sorry! Y can’t they hire actual people for cust service???
