Shipped on Planify lately:
• Pinterest, YouTube + Mastodon analytics
• every post shows its own account (multi-account fixes)
• 4 pages rebuilt from Search Console data
• 22 pins scheduled with Planify itself
• 1 title bug caught before it shipped
Solo, steady.

I don't rank #1 for my own product's name.
"planify": 3,300 impressions in 90 days, average position 6.4, 45 clicks.
There's a Windows app, a task manager and PostPlanify all sharing the name.
Last week: one brand entity, 7 matching profiles. Then links.

1 long piece of content = 30 posts:
X: 7
LinkedIn: 5
Instagram: 8
TikTok: 4
YouTube: 3
Pinterest: 3
You're not short on ideas. You're short on reuse.

X doesn't count characters the way you think:
• every link = 23, however long
• most emojis = 2
• CJK characters = 2
Most character counters just count letters. Ours did too, until last week.
Now it counts like X does.

How many hashtags?
Instagram: 5–15 targeted, not 30. Mix niche (<100K posts), mid (100K–1M) and broad (1M+).
X: 1–2. More looks spammy.
Relevance beats volume on every platform.

Almost published 22 Pinterest pins with broken titles.
Planify set the pin title to content.slice(0, 100). My pins start with a headline line, so titles would end like "…on Instagram in 20".
Fixed: first line becomes the title. 6 tests. Shipped before pin #1.

I run 3 products: Planify, Orate (a teleprompter app) and Forkbell.
That's ~10 social accounts. Posting to the wrong one was a matter of time.
So Planify now has Brands: group channels per product, post to a whole brand in one click, see combined insights.

Instagram sizes that matter:
Feed: 1080×1350 (4:5) — use this, it takes the most screen
Square: 1080×1080
Stories/Reels: 1080×1920 (9:16)
Profile: 320×320, shown as a circle
Still posting squares? You're giving up screen space.

Your YouTube bio is the channel description, and you get 1,000 characters.
I built a free generator, and added 33 ready-made bios: short, stylish, gaming, vlog, cooking, lofi, kids and more.
Copy one, change the details, done.
