@lufthansa It has now been north of 21 days. I have provided an approx items list in my bag and it has still not been found. When can expect my compensation cheque to be sent. And not a flight credit. Cheque.

@lufthansa Your baggage tracking service is useless. I have reported my baggage missing with your service in BUD. Viking has been trying to help and they told them they found my bag only to lie and say they have nothing. I cannot access the update you’ve sent me. Do you even help?
