NEWS: #CBJ have signed defenseman Carson Soucy to a pro tryout contract.
The blueliner has recorded 32-67-99 in 441 games over eight NHL campaigns. He split the 2025-26 season between the NY Rangers and NY Islanders, combining for 5-7-12 in 76 games.

Leafs second-rounder Alexander Bilecki is just scratching the surface of his “huge potential.”

@SteveWarneMedia Maybe, but my first thought for comparisons was if the Sens signed Matt Cooke
I don’t think all would ever be forgiven, no matter what
The Sens just got in on a 3-on-0 and Timofei Obvintsev made a diving glove save that looked like his glove was in the net.
No reviews here but the Sens and the home fans didn't like it. Been coming to rookie tournaments for a decade. Don't remember a "REF YOU SUCK!" chant.
@WingsFan22578@NHL@Senators I actually respect how brave you are for posting this as a red wings fan right now
Is it like a humiliation kink thing or something

@superstutzle My personal rule (that I didn’t always follow all that closely, but I stand by regardless) was treating uni as a 9-5 job in terms of hours. The entire middle chunk of the day would be either in classes or doing work, plus lunch breaks and whatnot. Evenings were for myself
@superstutzle I always made a master list of everything I had due for the whole semester on one sheet, colour-coded by importance. Made it simple enough to go “okay, what’s next on the list”
Time management wise was just having dedicated time every day that was for work, no matter what
@313Hockey@CBeataE I can appreciate that the tkachuk having less years left probably did mean the Sens were in some amount more of a rush to move him than the wings are with Larkin, but I feel like that’s about as far as it goes
At this point we’re just saying “well they got different names, too!”
Awww poor widdle baby NHL players making millions of dollars a year, but, oh no! The horror! The fans actually give a shit! Oh god no I could never possibly imagine playing hockey where people care about hockey! I must go to where nobody could possibly care less how shit I play
If i was a #NHL player i wouldbt be in rush to play in canada either and nothing to do with taxes . its cold . you never win . you have insane media and fan pressure there realy not a lot of positives lol
@313Hockey@CBeataE I promise I’m asking in 100% good faith because you obviously know the red wings far better than I would
What makes them completely different? I’m genuinely not sure if I see the huge difference between them, although they’re obviously not absolutely identical
