Kasarna’s cubs have ventured outside for some playful rough and tumble!

The 12-week-old twins have been revealed as female and zookeepers have named them Alif (a popular name in Indonesia) and Raya (after Mount Raya in Sumatra) 🙌

This little MIRACLE is 4 today! 🎉

Last year, through intensive emergency care and innovative treatment, she defied the odds to become one of the first elephants ever to overcome the deadly EEHV virus. 🐘

Starting in a place of desperation and sadness, we have ended with renewed hope.

We have proven we are “Covid secure” and @Go_CheshireWest EHO has declared us safe to open.
