4. Add fresh cilantro at the very end
Forgot to also mention I used medium firm tofu and boiled it first before any of these steps (it’s a trick I use to get the best texture and flavour)
@mideagrl thank you! I don’t have a recipe as I made it on a whim but:
1. coat the tofu in cornstarch and salt + pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, fry until crispy/golden brown on high heat
2. Lower heat (medium) and add your sauce (I did a mix of teriyaki and coconut cream)
