@tdevecchi Hi Tommaso, you did well reaching out! Your plant looks like a Corn Plant (Dracaena Fragrans), this is a tough plant. πͺπΏ Dry tips are usually caused by proximity with a heating source or exposure to direct sunlight. Maybe move the plant a bit?
@BigEireRob Have the brown leaves appeared overnight (after watering) or slowly over time? Are the tips dry or soft? If you have a bit of both, your plant might suffer from the recent changes in conditions and watering. I would just see how things are evolving before doing anything
