Some days just change everything.
09-09-2023 was one of those days for Andhra Pradesh politics.
What followed after that night rewrote the political script of Andhra Pradesh state.

To CJP: half of what you're saying is right. The other half is dangerous.
There should be no FIR or any other legal action against any protester, student or not, who peacefully and lawfully protested as per their constitutional rights. That right has been curbed in far too many places under draconian "orders" and it needs to be restored properly, everywhere in this country. On that much, I agree with you completely.
But when you say "remove all FIRs" with no distinction, that's not protecting protesters anymore. That's giving cover to criminals.
Because plenty of FIRs aren't about peaceful protest at all. They're about people who, under the guise of protesting, assaulted peacekeeping forces, damaged public or private property, raised abusive slogans, displayed obscene images in public, gave death threats, participated in mob lynching incidents, pickpocketed, snatched, stole or robbed anything, or committed physical assault on other citizens in or around the protest sites. Those people are not activists. They used a protest as cover to commit crimes, and they cannot be left scot free. There is no support for that from me, and there shouldn't be from CJP either, or from anyone else calling themselves an ally of this movement.
So no, CJP, the demand can't be "withdraw everything." It has to be "review every case." The FIRs that exist purely because someone showed up and protested peacefully, those go, immediately. The FIRs that exist because someone actually committed a crime, those stay and go through the courts like they should.
One more thing, separate from what CJP is asking but just as important: this same accountability has to apply to the police who lost control that day. The specific officers who crossed every line of acceptable crowd control and unleashed unprompted brutality on unarmed people need to face termination and prosecution too. Wearing a uniform doesn't make you immune from the law, and too many of them have forgotten that.
No criminal gets spared. Doesn't matter which side of the barricade they were standing on.
my cook was stealing fruits from my fridge so i deployed my ai roommate in the kitchen and it caught her red handed 👩🍳
it monitors the kitchen when she's cooking and pings me the moment she takes anything. sends me weekly report. i also trained it to check if she washes her hands before cooking and cleans the slabs once done.
I caught her twice this week. just fired her
next i'll add gas detection and idle time tracking. a lot more to build. tbh it's not a great version, it's early and rough but yet but it's already catching things i never would have noticed.
fn, using claude haiku 4.5 as the vision model. moving it to a local model on my raspi soon so it runs fully offline. btw i run face detection locally and blur it before hitting llm
World's first AI that asks before it designs.
