Fast food restaurants are particularly guilty of this! If you get given a straw with your drink, and it comes wrapped, then give it back! They wont mind, and thats one less straw being disposed of!

If you are a fan, there are some great plastic alternatives, sold cheaply online, you can carry with you! But make sure you say NO TO THE STRAW when ordering in restaurants or fast food places, or they may sneak one in your drink!

Toilet paper. We all use it! And boy can it be a pain when you realise you’ve run out!

Unfortunately it comes covered in plastic casing. So, buy a massive multipack! Not only will it last you for longer, but it reduces plastic waste in the long run!

Taking makeup off at the end of the day can be a tedious task. Luckily we have many options, including face wipes! They might seem like an easy option, but they might not be the best choice!

Reusable cotton face cloths can reduce your waste, and save you precious pennies!

If like me, you prefer wearing gloves, despite the name, they may actually be plastic! Check the label when buying your rubber gloves. You might have to pay more, but they will last longer!
