Why have you now removed the Free 7-Day recordings? Now it would cost £9.99 per month for a few cameras! I have used Arlo for years, and have recommended them to many. Such a disappointment. I will have to look at other options now. 🙁

I wanted to add a new Arlo Essential, but will I have to pay for the cloud storage?

Also, being told I would have to pay £300 to terminate my contract, is upsetting me.

Getting a bill for the ' non existent service ' is upsetting me.

The word I want is 'finished' or even better 'Terminate' for the cancellation of my so called contract and service I have not received!

@TalkTalkBizCare Do not allow TalkTalk to run your phone line! That is my advice. Absolutely useless, and have caused me weeks of stress, without even getting the line installed!!
