@CPercySearle @BlacksWeather The airport has a sensor that measures lighting strikes and potential for strikes in the area. If the system picks anything up the ground crew can’t off load the aircraft. As someone that worked in the industry, trust me they want to get the aircraft on the gate.

@ianhanomansing I would be thanking those pilots. They are stepping up to help their company and you as a passenger. They will be fully qualified to fly. It’s common for pilots to live in one city any commute to another to start their flight.
