@solofunds Perhaps if you'd have responded like this (been transparent from the beginning) when your app stopped working over a month ago you'd get some sympathy from your customers. You don't get to play the victim after you've screwed so many people over.
@FILMGUY14@CortezJermey@RueslerCody@MAphilly13@solofunds I was actually able to get a lender to fund my loan...but then two seconds later received a message that it could not be funded because of an error with my account. Who knows. I've given up hope at this point.
@40andholding_@solofunds They've given up on caring whether they keep their current customers. They're only focused on getting the app "updated" so in 2025 or 2026 when it's working properly they can focus on a new customer base.

It mentioned new "banking partners" but no details beyond that. And obviously no mention of the fact that their app wasn't going to work for the next week+.
@vern40m2@solofunds Yeah for folks who are supposedly working around the clock you're awful quiet at night and early mornings. Probably because you're at home sleeping while your customers are stressin about how they're gonna pay bills with the money you won't let them withdraw.
@LocaLizada69 @solofunds "Safe" and "SoLo Funds" should not be used together. Sure, you can request a new loan. You can even get that loan funded. Just don't expect to be able to withdraw the funds.

@derekth04434358@solofunds@moonoutdancer@abrooklynballad@BrightBexar I don't think anyone has been able to withdraw their money. They're just sitting on everyone's $$ and will probably disappear soon...a few weeks from now we'll all download a new app called "LoSo Funds". This is insanity.
@solofunds@moonoutdancer@abrooklynballad@BrightBexar I don't think trust and SoLo Funds can be used in the same sentence anymore. Perhaps in the future you'll have new customers you can build that with, but no matter who's fault this situation is, the trust is broken. People just want their money.
