🚨 BOMBSHELL: ATF Ballistics Expert ADMITS the Rifle Had DUST Inside the Barrel When Recovered — PROOF The Gun Had NOT Been Recently Fired 😱

During cross-examination, ATF firearms examiner Samantha Karner confirmed under oath that when the alleged murder rifle was recovered, there was dust and debris inside the barrel.

When asked if she inspected the interior of the barrel, she replied:
“I believe my notes state that debris and dust was observed in the inside of the barrel.”

This is significant because if the rifle had been recently fired (as prosecutors claim), the force of the shot would have blown out any dust or debris inside the barrel. The presence of dust strongly suggests the gun had not been fired recently.

This is yet another major piece of exculpatory evidence that undermines the claim that Tyler Robinson used this rifle to shoot Charlie Kirk.

- Two witnesses & 100% ID'd Tyler

- They turned into the FBI

- Neither the state OR THE DEFENSE HAS CONTACTED the restaurant to talk to the staff.

This makes it IMPOSSIBLE for Tyler to be watching & waiting for the police to leave hours before 12:36am-ish on the 11th as is in the texts. If he left at 10pm the fastest he could be at UVU is 12:47am. 🤔

Either the texts are fabricated, someone was pretending to be Tyler, or he's a time traveler.

So, my key takeaways from the Tyler Robinson preliminary hearing were:

1.) The ballistics don't match

2.) The gun doesn't match.

3.) The fingerprints don't match

4.) The palm print doesn't match, and

5.) Ben Shapiro's "security team," made up of one time IDF soldiers, was getting live updates from Charlie Kirk's team on whether he was alive or dead on the way to the hospital.

I was in the courtroom today. There is no high-quality, zoomed-in footage showing anyone taking a shot. The video shown is the same distance as the footage of “Tyler” jumping off the roof shown in this screen shot. 

I have no idea why people are claiming otherwise. They know the video isn’t going to be released publicly, so they’re misrepresenting what was actually shown in court.
