hiii, i don’t usually post about things like this, and i’m not very active in the mysme community on x, but i wanted to make this thread to share my experience with a mystic messenger doll maker (KC DOLLS)
sorry for any typos:(
Dear @Netflix,
As the official French translator of the Steel Ball Run manga, I'd like to share a concern about your batch-release strategy for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
Twenty-eight years ago, I spent years trying to convince Glénat, then France's dominant manga publisher, to respect the original reading format their audience wanted. They refused, until a competitor did it right and nearly knocked them off their pedestal. They finally listened. But it took a near-disaster to get there.
Steel Ball Run is a story built on tension, suspense and anticipation, arc by arc, week by week. Batch-releasing it neutralizes what makes it work narratively. I'm not asking you to follow every fan demand. I'm asking you to consider whether your release strategy serves the story you're investing in.
The JoJo community is one of the most loyal and vocal fandoms out there. That loyalty is an asset, if you treat it as one.
No cure for endometriosis. No proper management for menopause. No adequate symptomatic relief for menstrual discomfort. But let’s get handicapped sperm a wheelchair to make not so healthy babies because it would make men feel strong.
he groomed her. he raped her. he killed her. justice for kim Saeron and DEATH to all rapists & pedophiles AND ALL WHO DEFEND HIM. @DisneyPlus FUCK YOU.
So many inconsistencies and logical fallacies with this whole trans🏳️⚧️ and nonbinary thing:
If "nonbinary doesn't have a look", then what's the point of chopping off body parts?
U say "clothes dont equal gender" so why change how u dress when u transition?
U say "your gender isnt what's in your pants" then whats the point of "gender affirming care"?
If gender is a "feeling" then what does being a woman "feel like"? And how do u know u dont "feel like" one?
U say its wrong to assume someone's gender but u assume all butch lesbians r trans and want to be men?
If "pronouns don't equal gender", then what's the point of changing it?
U say "its wrong to assume someone's pronouns" but u immediately assume Cocona and other "nonbinary, transmasculine, agender yada yada yada" women want to be called "he/him"?
U say "its wrong to assume someone's pronouns" but u immediately assume all masc lesbians use "they/them"?
And lastly, why can't u answer these simple questions without dismissing the ppl who ask them by calling them "terfs", getting defensive, resorting to insults and even death threats?
I thought u were all about being open to discussions, asking questions and learning new things...lol
Es impresionante como tanta gente pone a Lubya sobre un pedestal solo por la cantidad de contenido que produce , pero nadie es capaz de preguntarse cómo realmente lo hace.

Well, we've got a VERY exciting round-up for you this month! To lead with the exciting part: Oleander's second chapter is going to be released on July 7th (lucky sevens!), and we'll be opening our merch shop in honour of our favourite merchant gadfly.
