Since this week is focused on the Grand Strategy layer of our game, we’ve prepared a brief preview of what drones will be capable of as units on the GS map.
They will be able to join battles from long range similar to artillery units as well as participate in hybrid warfare operations!
How will you integrate drones into your gameplay? Will you use them as long-range fire support, or focus on hidden hybrid warfare operations? Let us know in the comments below!

Since the economic part of the demo was quite simple, we would like to take a quick peek into the new 'Military Production UI' We expanded it in terms of the components that players can produce themselves or ship via trade.
It is up to you if you wish to buy the K2 Black Panther from South Korea, or be able to build it by your own means in Sweden!
What do you guys think about being able to produce outdated tech that is cheaper compared to newer equipment? Let us know in the comments!

While the Systemic WAR demo focused on Central and Eastern Europe, the full version of the game will cover the entire world between 2008 and 2025. The main actors during this period are the USA (a declining hegemon) and China (a rising superpower).
Through a series of regular posts, we want to share our take on the US-China rivalry. In turn, we want you to let us know in the comments how we should capture this conflict in the game mechanics, specifically within the Grand Strategy layer.
We are kicking things off with tech. While in 2008 China mostly copied Western solutions, by 2025 they have become an independent technological leader, forging a development path distinctly different from the American one. Below, we present a comparison between Silicon Valley and Suzhou, its Chinese counterpart.
How do you think we should reflect China's technological leap in the game mechanics? Should the US start with a massive advantage that China has to close through espionage and copying, or should the game offer alternative development paths for both superpowers? Let us know in the comments what kind of solutions work best in Grand Strategy games in your opinion!

Drone operators send equipped drones as long-range attackers. In our game, drones are categorized into two types:
Reconnaissance: Their role is to provide vision as well as information on the battlefield.
Kamikaze: These units can use different types of charges, such as anti-tank or fragmentation/high-explosive.
Kamikaze drones in Systemic War consist of 'FPV (First-Person View) Quadcopters' and 'Loitering Munitions.'
How would you utilize drones to your advantage? Tell us in the comments below!

Another new unit to add to our collection: Gibka-S!
This highly mobile, light armored air defense vehicle is designed specifically to protect maneuvering forces from low-altitude aerial threats and incoming drones.
Built on a flexible wheeled chassis, it features a specialized multi-missile launcher capable of firing short-range anti-aircraft missiles to engage fast-moving targets simultaneously.
Do you prefer to play with air units, or would you rather counter them? Tell us in the comments below!

'Regime Change'
is one of the mechanics in Systemic War, granting players the agency to steer a nation down entirely new paths. As you can see in the picture, we are showcasing Belarus as an example.
However, we are not a political organization, nor do we support any political party as a company.
We would like to present this purely as an example of player possibilities in our game. Since the timeline of our game is set between 2008 and 2025. Years that we all experienced as highly dynamic in terms of politics.
With that in mind, what other countries should feature 'Regime Change' as a mechanic? Please write your comments below!

Today we would like to show the new units that are joining our fields of battle.
Multiple drone-type units will be featured, as our game presents modern ways of war in the 21st century. We wanted to add one of the biggest game-changers in current warfare, as drones have completely changed what battlefields look like.
Drones will be a big part of the Grand Strategy layer in terms of support in battles, as well as one of the core units for the RTS mode for scouting and offensive maneuvers. Because, let's be honest, it wouldn't be real modern warfare without them.
So the question is, how can a player counter such a versatile tool? Let us know in the comments below!

Hello there, Commanders!
A new map is today's topic, as it is set in Grodno, Belarus.
Geographical Location
Grodno is positioned in the western region of Belarus, situated directly along the strategic banks of the Neman River. Its geographic location places the city in immediate proximity to both the Polish and Lithuanian borders.
Strategic Importance
The city serves as a critical tactical hub, sitting at the direct intersection of primary transportation routes and major trade networks. Due to this specific border-zone positioning, Grodno functions as the foundational staging area and the primary starting point for the earlier Polish offensive operations directed against Belarus.
What other maps should we add in Central and Eastern Europe?

@GlosPazura We are still working on the final visual aesthetic of the Grand Strategy layer to strike the perfect balance.
We want to satisfy 'both sides' in our player base, as many ppl liked previous theme.
In Systemic War: We are creating a system of land-based trade corridors whose significance has skyrocketed in the 21st century from dense European networks to routes connecting remote regions of Asia and Europe. Every new connection shifts the balance of power and economic dependency between nations.
Players will face a series of crucial strategic decisions: Who will you forge long-term partnerships with, and who will you shut out from mutual growth? Will you rely on a broad network of regional partners, or bet your economy on a single dominant trade route? Every choice impacts national development, resource flow, and the global importance of each region.
What's your strategy?
